ORDER

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?
Our sizing runs from XS to L. We provide a sizing guide to guide you on all the products pages, you can also find it here. We also have images of our models wearing different sizes. One size pieces can be worn in any size. If you have any question, just email us at contactus@omonagirls.com and we will personally help you !

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES OMONA ACCEPT?
Currently we accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Apple Pay and Paypal. 

IS IT SAFE TO PURCHASE ONLINE FROM OMONA’S EBOUTIQUE?
Yes girl, completely! Omona uses GeoTrust Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If your order has not been shipped yet we can cancel or change it, contact us at contactus@omonagirls.com to proceed. We will not be able to make any changes if the order has been shipped.

DELIVERY

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We ship from our warehouse in Paris, France.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
Delivery costs varies on the service you choose at checkout.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
We generally ship all orders in 2-3 working days. The shipping time depends on the service you choose at checkout. There may be the occasional delay due to Customs Clearance processes which are out of our control.

I want TO CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS, HOW DO I DO ?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet please email us at contactus@omonagirls.com asap and we will proceed. If it has been shipped you will need to get in touch with our shipping services to change your address and redirect your package.

WHERE IS MY ORDER ?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, please use this to track your order. If you did not receive this email, please email contactus@omonagirls.com

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES AND TAXES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?
You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. Please be aware that Omona does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.
Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Omona, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer 14-days return delay for your order. The item/s must be in original packaging and condition, unworned and unwashed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.
Omona offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).
All returns can be sent to our Returns Warehouse based in France.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY SIZE?
Yes, you can by making a new order and returning us the unfitting size. However, due to the constant demand we cannot guarantee that the size you want will be available. If it is not, we can offer a refund for the item.

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?
To initiate a return during the 14-days delay after delivery, email us at contactus@omonagirls.com using the e-mail address used to process your order to tell us the reason of your return. Send back your return to our office. More informations.
Once the items have been received, we refund you the item (price excluding original shipping cost).
Omona cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a tracking number to return goods.

DO YOU REFUND SHIPPING COSTS?
The return shipping cost is non-refundable for all orders. Please note that duties and taxes on orders shipped outside the EU can not be refunded.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVE IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at contactus@omonagirls.com with a picture so we can urgently review the matter for you!
