We hope you love your Omona's items however we aim for everything to be exactly right for you. If you do wish to make a return for any reason, here is what you need to know:WHEN DO I RETURN ?
We gladly accept returns for items received within 14 days from the day you receive your order if you’re not happy.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
HOW DO I RETURN ?
Goods returned must be unused and in the original packaging with the safety tag on and intact. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE ?
All items excluding accessories are returnable. We do not accept scrunchies returns.
CAN I EXCHANGE ?
We don’t operate a standard exchange service. If you want to order an item in a different size, a different design or another colour, just place a new order in our online shop.
ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN ?
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Please note we do not stand for customs payments. Any international shipping fees associated with returning items are the sole responsibility of the customer and we cannot refund these costs.
HOW MUCH WILL I GET REFUNDED ?
We will refund you the total amont of your products order.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND ?
You will receive an email letting you know when the refund has been made. Please allow us 2-3 working days to process your return.
A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 days.
MY ITEM HAS A SMALL DEFECT
